When We Are Closedclosed_sign

If you have an emergency problem that cannot wait until the next surgery please call your surgery and if we are closed you will be directed to an out-of-hours operator.

An operator will take your details and will arrange for a doctor to call you back. The doctor may give you advice to follow over the phone. An appointment may be made for you to attend a primary care surgery. The nearest is at Good Hope Hospital.

If your medical condition prevents you from going to a centre a doctor may then visit you. Please do not ask for a doctor to visit if you can get to the surgery. This will help doctors see more patients quickly.

Walk-in Centre

Warren Farm Urgent Care Centre, Warren Farm Road, Kingstanding B44 OPU

Open daily 08:30 – 19:30 except Christmas Day.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergencyNHS ChoicesThis site is brought to you by My Surgery Website
